My simple and lovely mornings

I have been thinking a lot lately about life’s beauty. This goal of constant beauty has slowly trickled into every aspect of my life, and I’m realizing that I enjoy creating a picturesque world for myself. I sometimes feel like I see my own life through a lens constantly, and have to wonder if many photographers think or feel the same way. Or I wonder if it is my own heightened senses and ever-presence that creates my awareness for little details that are normal, yet oh so beautiful.picture-1269tSometimes, when I see two colors next to each other, my heart beats a little faster. Other times, I look at something as plain as my own fridge, and it makes my insides glow with happiness. There is just so much beauty everywhere, it really makes it easy to be alive and to feel alive.

Very wonderful post, the first photo is beautiful…and I too often see the world through a lens, noticing details and especially light that can simply mesmerize me. Enjoy your day.

Thank you, Dalo! Indeed, it’s fantastic how a photography changes the way you see things. It’s actually quite an incredible transformation to experience. Suddenly you notice light, shapes, colours, textures, people, bulidings, trees, flowers…Everything around you looks different when you start to see the world as a photographer. In a way, it helps you to see the beauty in the every day. : ) Have a nice day too!

So well put! Daily life has moments that resemble movie stills, and it’s all about appreciating those, and (hopefully) being able to capture them through photography.
